How to Apply

Step 1: Applying for a course

You will need to complete:

The relevant application form either English or Academic depending on your choice of course.

Online Form

Fill in PDF forms and then email to the International Centre for processing.

Please ensure that you include copies of your current qualifications, certificates and the results of any recent English language tests. If your secondary education was not studied in English, we will need to see evidence of your English ability. Please send us as much information as possible as incomplete applications will delay your application process.

Step 2: Waiting for our decision

We will inform you of the College's decision as soon as possible after receiving your application. If you are accepted you will receive an offer from us.

Step 3: Accepting our offer

If you accept our offer, please let us know as soon as possible and pay a deposit to secure your place. The amount required for the deposit will depend on the course you have applied to study. We will advise you of this once we have made you an offer. By paying this deposit you are accepting the terms and conditions of offers for international students from Guildford College.

Step 4: Applying for a visa

Once you have paid the required deposit we will issue you with a confirmation letter to enable you to apply for your visa. The visa you apply for will depend on the course and the length of time you would like to study. Please ensure you complete the UKVI visa application form very carefully and have all correct supporting documentation required as any errors could cause a delay in issuing you with a visa or result in a visa refusal. Once you have successfully been issued with your visa you should inform the International Centre and let us know your date of arrival so we can inform your arranged home stay.
