The last day of term ended on a high note with a ‘Party in the Park’. The English teachers and international students had fun and games on Stoke Park in the sunshine. Students from many different countries with various levels of English celebrated their last day of study together.
EFL teacher Ian Paine says ‘It was a fantastic morning. The weather was good, the food was great and the games we played were really good fun. All the students prepared some delicious food from their countries and there was a wide variety of dishes such as Saudi Arabian tea, Sushi from Japan and Bakewell Tart from England. After the students had eaten some of the food, we played some outdoor team games. I am sure we will do this again next year’.
